Experience

With more than 19 years of experience at Vigilant, Lorraine is well-versed in all aspects of employment law. Lorraine is licensed to practice in two states, is a regular speaker on employment related issues and is also a teacher of Vigilant's legal-based training classes.

As a seasoned trainer for Vigilant, Lorraine frequently works with supervisors to give them a basic understanding of their legal obligations. But more than that, Lorraine truly enjoys training. She's never met an audience she couldn't engage, and she likes it when the attendees come up with tough questions. So fire away with your hardest questions, but be prepared - it seems like there's not a question Lorraine hasn't been asked and no situation she hasn't encountered.
